• Design, develop, and maintain technical training curriculum for SaaS product users, including developers, system administrators, and other technical learner personas • Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to understand product functionality and translate it into effective learning experiences • Develop hands-on exercises, labs, and simulations to reinforce learning • Create scalable learning solutions: eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning experiences • Evaluate and iterate on training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and learner assessments • Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with Veeva’s product vision
