Job Description

• This job is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting the assigned Epic Orders application(s) • Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic Orders software • Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications • Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience • Supports and maintains environments or applications using domain knowledge • Creates and maintains documentation and training materials regarding the implementation of applications • Corrects issues, conducts routine maintenance, updates systems with new functionality to meet the end user's needs

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
  • Orders Transmittal experience is Highly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills in managing priorities
  • Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks
  • Epic Application Certification within 6 months
  • Candidates should be open to further Epic education with Bugsy or Orders Transmittal
