Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field within the consumer goods or wellness industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
