• Architect, build, and scale core applications, working from the user interface to backend services. • Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and resilient full-stack systems and features. Define and drive best practices for architecture, security, performance, and maintainability. • Develop high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code for both front-end and back-end components using Python and JavaScript. • Build modern and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React and/or dynamic server-side rendering with HTMX. • Design and build robust APIs and services, ensuring high performance and reliability. • Optimize, interact with relational databases using SQL to ensure data integrity and efficient querying. • Act as a technical mentor to mid-level and senior engineers, raising the bar for engineering quality across the organization. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, break down features, and ensure successful project delivery. • Troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve monitoring, logging, and deployment processes. • Other activities as assigned.
