• Lead the design, strategy, and governance of the enterprise BI platform using Microsoft Power BI and the Azure ecosystem. • Assess infrastructure requirements and define best practices. • Guide BI Engineers and enable security. • Handle large data and ensure scalable, high-performing BI solutions that align with business needs. • Conduct capability assessments for Power BI adoption with enterprise goals. • Define and enforce Power BI governance frameworks, including security and data access. • Provide effort estimations and delivery planning for BI initiatives. • Design and optimize semantic/OLAP models for enterprise-scale reporting. • Establish and manage a central metric store for standardized KPIs. • Architect and oversee dashboard/report design ensuring scalability and consistency. • Partner with Azure teams to enable efficient BI consumption of large data. • Collaborate with Microsoft partners on best practices and new capabilities. • Define and enforce CI/CD strategies. • Oversee data refresh automation and monitoring. • Guide and mentor BI Engineers.
