Job Description

• Lead the next phase of our platform’s evolution — transforming our technical systems and enabling intelligent integrations. • Oversee a team of engineers and work closely with product, data, and business leaders to define and execute our technical roadmap. • Drive large-scale transformation of our core technical systems, modernizing architecture. • Collaborate with product and data teams to infuse AI-driven intelligence into workflows and decisioning engines. • Design and lead integrations with third-party systems and enterprise partners. • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization.

Job Requirements

Proven experience leading mid-sized (20-50+) engineering teams across distributed environments.
Track record of delivering large-scale system transformations or platform migrations.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing ecosystems, API-based integrations (e.g., Rakuten, CJ, Impact), and e-commerce infrastructure.
Experience with membership systems, rewards programs, or digital loyalty platforms.
Strong understanding of data-driven architectures, event pipelines, and ML-ready infrastructure.
Experience working with CMS platforms and AI-powered tools for content automation or training.
Passion for aligning technology strategy with measurable business outcomes.
