Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or operations role preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams
