Job Requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing data team, including data analysts and engineers.
- Define and execute Alpha Lion’s data strategy, governance framework, and analytics roadmap.
- Design and oversee the data architecture and infrastructure needed to scale.
- Develop reporting systems and dashboards that drive visibility across all departments.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to uncover insights that fuel growth.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across platforms.
- Guide the selection and implementation of data tools, pipelines, and integrations.
