Job Description
• Has responsibility for administration of the entire contractual life-cycle of the Luminare Health Benefits Administrative Service Agreements (ASAs).
• Manages relationship with Client Management contract owners to ensure contracts accurately reflect services and scope of work.
• Works independently and communicates effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
• Provides feedback on ways to improve the efficiency of the contract management processes.
• Assume leadership responsibility for creating, editing, reviewing, tracking and finalizing the Luminare Health Benefits, Inc. client service agreements and amendments.
• Review and analyze contract requests submitted by Client Managers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and company policies.
• Independently identify, research and resolve contract issues and recommend solutions.
• Review and evaluate client requests for changes or revisions of contracts. Recommend and draft contractual provisions as needed.
• Participate in contract review meetings with internal stakeholders and provide recommendations for contract modifications or amendments.
• Track contract flow, renewals, termination dates and key contract milestones to provide management with updates and reports.
• Develop knowledge of Luminare Health product offerings and serve as subject matter expert of contractual terms related to such products.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of documentation on the contract management processes, policy and procedures.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and to effectively prioritize and coordinate work assignments to meet requirements and deadlines of the position.
• Continuously look for ways to improve contract management processes, tools, systems, and reporting to maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Five years’ experience with contract drafting and management processes.
- Ability to read and understand contract terminology, product and services offerings.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with strong track record of meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing guidelines, criteria, and regulations
- Minimum of intermediate skill level in Excel and Microsoft Suite
- Takes the initiative to identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Delivers high quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and the ability to use existing resources and seek out new information sources.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships in a professional manner with all organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training, education or work experience.
