• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and analytics layers • Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans • Own technical solutioning during Professional Services engagements, from discovery through delivery and handoff • Set clear expectations with customers on the next steps and then meet or exceed them • Ensure solutions align with best practices for scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE • Assist with issues around third-party integrations with the Prophecy environment • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering during pre-sales for technical discovery, solution validation, and scoping • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
