Job Description

• driving growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and customer engagement for Americas Nuclear installed base • managing sales efforts from prospects through proposals, contract negotiation and deal closure • gathering key stakeholders in other parts of the GE Vernova enterprise for alignment • contributing to $1B+ operating plans and pipeline generation • supporting commercial operations with bid development and customer conversations on scope / technology solutions • leading key industry technical events and managing customer relationships • providing market analysis and recommendations for demand creation activities • leading LEAN initiatives in support of Sales and Commercial teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in the Power Generation Industry
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience working with and knowledge of Generator Products
  • Postgraduate degree(s) in business, and/or engineering
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated inclusive behavior with success in leading in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levels
  • Working knowledge of Power Services product portfolio and business segments
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
