Job Description

• Responsible for prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas. • Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure a WIN • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date. • Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader • Responsible for training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs), who report to them • Provide status updates to reporting PDM

Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
Must live in area relative to job posting location
At least two years of relevant experience
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
Works well independently and as part of a team
Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
Ability to be in the field 50% of the time
