• Design, build, deploy and improve advanced ML and generative AI (e.g. large language model) solutions for patient and provider-facing products (e.g., conversational AI, personalization, user understanding, clinical decision support). • Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from data exploration, modeling, evaluation, A/B testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring. • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers to drive product improvements. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to interns and junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
