Job Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard key ecosystem partners including fintechs, PSPs, banks, and stablecoin issuers. • Structure and negotiate agreements that drive adoption of Monad as a global settlement payments layer. • Collaborate on launch strategy, including the marketing narrative, landing page, and early customer integrations. • Evangelize Monad to the broader crypto and fintech communities through events, partnerships, and strategic outreach. • Rapidly get up the curve on stablecoins, payments, and settlements to inform strategy and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Track record closing marquee deals in fintech, payments and/or traditional finance sectors.
  • Deep curiosity about stablecoins, payments, and the intersection of crypto and fintech.
  • Hustler mindset; you make things happen even with limited structure.
  • Strong network or demonstrated ability to build one quickly in crypto and fintech circles.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller who can move between technical and business contexts.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating autonomously.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
