• Serve as lead counsel in privacy and data breach class action matters, single plaintiff privacy cases, and technology error and omissions cases from strategy through resolution • Manage and mentor litigation teams, including associates and support staff • Advise corporate clients on privacy litigation trends, risk mitigation, and compliance strategies • Maintain and develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives within the privacy and cybersecurity space
