• Manage accounting for a portfolio of early-stage, venture-backed startups • Review, challenge, and continuously improve work from offshore bookkeepers and automation tools • Act as the main accounting contact for your clients - helping founders understand their numbers and make smarter decisions • Work side-by-side with our Head of Accounting to design scalable systems and processes that connect accounting with tax • Standardize and document workflows - from onboarding through month-end close • Partner with our internal team and engineers to spot automation opportunities and improve how we deliver client work • As an early member of the accounting team, help shape how we build and scale our accounting offering
