Job Description
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM accounts
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations
• Function as a trusted advisor
• Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic account plans
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to manufacturer representative organizations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Represent ERMCO at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development
- Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and achieving sales growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, or related industries preferred
