Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a Quantitative Field (Data Analytics, Statistics)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; specific experience working in HR systems; preferably Paylocity
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, compensation analysis, and people metrics
- Strong proficiency using Google Sheets and Slides (or Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to analyze data and to tell a story with data to non-technical audiences
- A positive customer service focus for our stakeholders
- Ability to present analytically to stakeholders and cross functionally
- Partner on facilitating performance management tools for mid and end of year nuances
- Knowledge of Compensation Databases (ideally CompAnalyst - Salary.com)
- Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools, preferably Tableau or PowerBi
