Job Description
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to execution, developing clear frameworks and communication structures that ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and bring clarity and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Partner with leadership and department heads to prioritize initiatives aligned with company-wide strategic goals, while measuring and communicating results through quantitative and qualitative insights to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive OKR alignment and execution across departments, helping teams focus on what truly moves the needle.
• Identify and scale new business verticals and categories, building go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth.
• Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance execution, forecasting, and decision-making, while championing AI literacy and digital enablement across the organization to foster curiosity, upskilling, and smarter ways of working.
• Build compelling narratives and business cases to secure buy-in, mobilize teams, and communicate impact.
• Drive business intelligence and competitive insights: leveraging market research, performance data, and cross-functional input to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- You have 2-3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or strategic project management experience in another fast-paced environment.
- You’re experienced in OKRs and project management.
- You are commercially minded and understand how a business works; you might even have started a business yourself.
- You’re AI-literate - familiar with how emerging technologies can support productivity, creativity, and decision-making across business functions.
- You have a growth mindset and a natural curiosity for the start-up and scale-up world, eager to learn, explore new topics, and continuously develop new skills.
- You’re a strong connector and communicator who aligns diverse stakeholders, fosters collaboration, and drives clarity and momentum across teams.
