Job Description

• Owning, developing, and maintaining financial risk analytics capabilities • Leading the development and adoption of advanced AI and machine learning capabilities • Maintaining and enforcing risk appetite, limits, and controls • Overseeing Circle’s Financial Model Risk Management program • Providing independent oversight and challenge to the first line of defense • Collaborating with Business, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant teams

Job Requirements

12+ years in financial risk management within management consulting and/or banking
5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Extensive experience in leading analytical initiatives, developing tools for risk identification, measurement, and monitoring
Experience in credit risk model development
Proven success moving GenAI solution from proof of concept to production
Familiar with 'Three Lines of Defense' governance framework
Strong program management discipline in developing risk roadmap, OKR and KPIs
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with generative AI models
