Job Description

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans • Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families • Submit accurate and HIPAA-compliant progress notes • Stay up-to-date with research and developments in cultural competency and mental health • Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Job Requirements

Licensed in NY, NJ, FL, CT, CA
Licensure in additional states welcome if independently licensed
Understanding of cultural nuances and their impact on mental health
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Creative and interested in developing a specialized therapeutic point of view
Leadership skills and desire to continue therapeutic growth
Interest in training and supervising
