Job Description
• Hands on responsibility for client management.
• Exposure to clients from industry to individuals.
• Grow practice with support of established and growing team of experienced IP professionals.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance
- Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions
- Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations
- Experience with trademark due diligence
- Trademark litigation experience is a plus
- Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings a plus
- Copyright procurement experience a plus
- Self sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- State Bar admission required.
