Job Description
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Managing IP portfolios
• Counseling clients
• Performing patentability and clearance opinions
• Exposure to domestic and international prosecution
• Client contact and management
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of law firm patent prosecution experience
- JD, NJ State Bar or ability to gain admission to NJ, USPTO Bar
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of technologies within the biotech arts
- Industry experience is a plus
- Litigation experience a plus
