Job Description
• Own architecture decisions for core systems
• Lead high-impact technical projects from design to implementation
• Guide refactoring of the existing monolith
• Build and enforce engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers
• Mentor and support mid-level engineers
• Help define deployment and release strategies
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new engineers
Job Requirements
- 9+ years of professional engineering experience
- Strong command of Nest.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Next.js/React
- Proven background in architecting and scaling web apps
- Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging queues, and asynchronous architecture
- Solid grounding in API design, system security, observability, and CI/CD
- Experience mentoring or technically leading small engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and startup mentality
