• The Inpatient Complex Coder is responsible for reviewing, abstracting, and coding inpatient medical records with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. • This position focuses on complex; high acuity cases and requires expert knowledge in DRG assignment. • Must be able to code any of the following: 1. Orthopedics (Head to Toe) 2. Pain Management (Injections + Implants) 3. Neurosurgery (Spine Fusions, Spine + Neck) 4. ENT 5. General Surgery 6. Observation 7. Gynecology – Robotic Procedures 8.
