• Build across the stack: Own features from frontend UI (React, Next.js, TypeScript) through backend APIs (Python, microservices, Postgres, Redis, ). • Lead when needed: Step into a project lead role—helping scope, align, and drive delivery across engineers, product, and design. • Influence architecture: Contribute to the evolution of our frontend and backend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Deliver high-impact features: Ship tools, visualizations, and APIs that our customers love and rely on daily. • Mentor and guide: Provide code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching to help grow the team. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Champion quality: Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, and developer experience.
