Job Description
• A District Manager (DM) is a senior level Territory Sales Manager that assists in the mid-level management of their assigned territory and with the supervision and guidance of all TSMs within that territory.
• They are expected to work closely with their Regional Manager.
• District Manager’s will assist their Regional Manager with managing their distributors – this means attending large and small format meetings, and reviewing reports generated by the distributor and or their regional coordinator.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in using sales apps and CRM applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field regularly.
- Experience in conducting audits and analyzing market data.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales teams.
