Job Description

• Collaborate with the Principal Architect to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. • Evaluate and recommend services and technologies aligned with business goals. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. • Configure and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Salt Security). • Analyze system performance and optimize cloud resources for efficiency and cost savings. • Implement and Enforce cloud security best practices including IAM, API Security, and network security. • Support compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST) through proper configuration and documentation. • Oversight and implementation of Application Security (SCA/DAST/SAST) • Provide Tier 1/2 support for cloud infrastructure issues. • Assist in planning and executing migrations from on-premises to cloud environments. • Work closely with DevOps, software engineering, and security teams to ensure seamless cloud operations. • Maintain clear documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and configurations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration in cloud environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred but no required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure Policy
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and Databricks.
