Job Description

• Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within assigned target accounts and territories, leveraging compelling ROI that Alithya provides for banking, insurance, and financial institutions; • Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing; • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and client success teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of both existing clients and prospects; • Articulate the value of Alithya solutions to VP and C-level audiences, aligning with strategic objectives; • Establish and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with our client base; • Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently; • Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth; • Grow and maintain a deep network of contacts across all business lines within each target account; • Leverage Alithya’s partners for joint prospecting, qualification, calls or visits according to Enterprise account mapping plans; • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records in accordance with Alithya guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, RPA, or ECM/IDP;
  • Experience working with system integrators, channel partners, or solution consultants;
  • Experience selling into industries such as finance, healthcare, insurance, or legal services;
  • Familiarity with document automation, IDP, OCR, NLP, or intelligent automation technologies;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a complex, consultative sales environment;
  • Strong understanding of document-centric business processes and the challenges of unstructured data;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
