• Build, configure, and test solutions in Tonkean based on detailed solution designs provided by Implementation Architects. • Provide demos to your "client", whether they are internal to Tonkean or external to the client. Leverage APIs, webhooks, and integrations to connect systems and automate workflows end-to-end. • Troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize configurations, and ensure performance meets expectations. • Collaborate with the customer and Architect to iterate on builds as new insights emerge. • Define and document implementation best practices, reusable components, and technical templates. • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Tonkean platform, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with the platform now and reinforcing with the Product Team what should be possible in the future. • Support customers during UAT, Hypercare, and go-live phases, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption.
