Job Description
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Assist clients with completing forms and maintain confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and data entry
• Collaborate with team members to complete case-related tasks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in family law
- Proficiency in New Jersey filing processes (both electronic and manual) and legal document drafting
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
