Job Description
• Make outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and close sales to hit key sales metrics.
• Work with provided leads to generate auto, home, and other insurance policies.
• Handle light service work to maintain exceptional client relationships.
• Stay connected live on Zoom throughout the day for support, coaching, and camaraderie to drive sales success.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and turning prospects into clients.
- Available to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
- A hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
- A dedicated, closed-door home office to maintain professionalism during Zoom calls.
