Job Description

• Prospect for & qualify new leads through various channels • Develop & deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our services • Negotiate & close contracts • Manage & grow assigned client accounts • Provide exceptional customer service & ensure client satisfaction • Identify, upsell, & cross-sell opportunities • Maintain accurate client records & CRM data • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required to be hired) in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (or proof of internships) in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build & maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in CRM software & MS Office Suite
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic & a drive to succeed
