• Own the end-to-end field experience for inspections • Own the roadmap for the inspections mobile app (iOS/Android) • Define requirements for reliability and measurable app performance SLAs • Prioritize safety/usability features for field conditions • Lead integrations and workflows for data capture technologies • Establish capture standards, on-device guidance, and automated quality gates • Partner with Platform and AI/ML to deploy AI models • Own product usage analytics for the field app and capture tools • Maintain a Field Voice of Customer backlog • Track industry trends and translate developments into product implications • Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes • Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
