Job Description
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during the sales cycle
• Explain chainalysis product offerings to prospects
• Craft tailored demos and proof statements
• Own achieving the technical win during sales cycle
• Design customer specific solutions and collaborate internally
• Provide guidance on technical challenges
• Align with product and engineering teams for feedback prioritization
• Represent company at industry events and conferences
• Support the Solutions Architecture team by driving internal projects
Job Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in Financial Services, Global Cryptocurrency Exchange, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect or Product Manager
- Comfortable working with complex topics and presenting them clearly
- Excellent storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Creative and logical problem-solving approach
- Interest in blockchain technology with a desire to learn
- Strong understanding of APIs and SQL query writing
- Hands-on experience integrating and leveraging REST APIs
- Based in the New York City area with local travel capability
