• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance, loan servicing, and collections. • Analyze consumer lending portfolios, including client-level credit performance, delinquencies, repayment trends, and yield optimization. • Deliver actionable insights to leadership on risk, profitability, and growth opportunities. • Partner with operations, finance, and strategy teams to design KPIs and performance metrics for business units. • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making, deal evaluations, and new product launches. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems. • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in BI, analytics, and data storytelling.
