Job Description

• Serves as the strategic leader for the OCM effort, championing the vision for change and ensuring alignment of OCM activities with the overall CCWIS program objectives. • Owns the development, integration, and execution of the comprehensive Organizational Change Management Plan, ensuring it addresses needs of Affected Parties, business process impacts, communications, long-term, sustained adoption, and effective knowledge transfer. • Proactively engages executive sponsors, program leadership, and key Affected Parties to build commitment, drive alignment, and secure buy-in for change initiatives. • Leads collaboration across internal teams, external vendors, and Affected Parties to ensure seamless coordination of change activities and consistent messaging. • Manages and maintain the Project Plan

Job Requirements

Minimum Seven (7) years experience in leading OCM initiatives for large scale transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree.
Expert understanding of OCM frameworks, methodologies, and approaches.
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate across diverse populations and Affected Parties.
Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Prosci Change Management, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Lean Six Sigma.
Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.
Must be able to pass the govt background check.
