• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications in C# and .NET, while mentoring and supporting the development team. • Build responsive, modern front-end applications using React and Bootstrap 5. • Enhance and maintain existing WinForms and WPF desktop applications. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema designs. • Oversee build, test, and deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools. • Drive automation, delivery efficiency, and cloud deployments in Azure. • Define and implement testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and champion a quality-first, TDD culture. • Work closely with product managers, QA, and UX designers to deliver on roadmap priorities. • Partner directly with customers for feature definition, demos, and ongoing support. • Promote coding standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
