Job Description

• Source and close net-new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting • Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs and challenges • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal to close – with a focus on new logo acquisition and ARR growth • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of independent property prospects and accurately forecast revenue performance • Ensure each opportunity aligns with Roommaster’s product capabilities and long-term strategic direction • Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and product fit • Provide valuable insights from the field to help shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product development • Represent Roommaster at relevant hospitality trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, including metrics for new logos, demo conversions, and ARR targets • Track all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools • Maintain a high level of daily activity (calls, emails, meetings) consistent with SDR/BDR standards and best practices • Regularly review and refine outreach strategies to improve lead conversion and shorten sales cycles

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in hospitality software, SaaS, or property technology
  • Proven success in cold prospecting, outbound sales, and consistently exceeding performance targets
  • Experience demoing software solutions to independent decision-makers, with strong storytelling and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to sell to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties, especially those outside of large management groups
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, time management, and follow-through
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), as well as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
