• Partner with Sama Account Executives and Sama Account Managers to deliver new customer pilots and grow technical relationships with existing customers. • Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering to design complex AI data solutions for clients, providing machine learning expertise through product demos, proof-of-concepts, and workshops that align with client business objectives. • Design, develop, and maintain demos, integrations, and other tools for executing successful pilot programs and customer expansions. • Become an expert in Sama products from a business and technical standpoint and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and emerging technologies. • Evangelize Sama and engage with customers at major industry events and academic conferences. • Partner with Product and R&D to influence the Product roadmap based on real-time industry insights. • Collaborate with fellow SEs and technical teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and technical insights.
