• Coordinating and overseeing the plan of care and service delivery of behavioral health clients across the continuum of illness
• Promoting effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage/family therapy
- Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist
