Job Description

• Lead Implementation Projects: Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, overseeing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Collaborate with Financial Institutions: Work closely with banks and credit unions to ensure successful adoption of FINBOA’s solutions, aligning with client goals and compliance requirements. • Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring clear and actionable communication without requiring deep technical explanations. • Provide Expertise: Guide clients in configuring workflows, understanding Reg E dispute management processes, and maximizing the value of our platform. • Drive Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring project success. • Improve Processes: Develop and refine implementation methodologies and templates to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, software consulting, or financial services
Familiarity with banking or credit union operations, particularly Reg E dispute management
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs); experience with Asana is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and resolve challenges quickly
A proactive attitude and a track record of significant career growth.
Experience working directly within a bank or credit union (preferred)
Familiarity with automation software or legal operations processes (preferred)
Exposure to dispute management workflows or compliance processes (preferred)
