• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential clients.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and set up appointments with our fitness professionals.
• Follow up with leads persistently to ensure appointments are scheduled.
• Maintain a detailed log of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
• Contribute to the growth of our remote team by setting high-quality appointments.
Job Requirements
- Isn’t afraid to call a lead within 60 seconds of opting into ads
- Isn’t afraid of following up with leads 30+ times to get them scheduled
- Is a BIG BELIEVER in overcoming objections
- Loyal, hard-working, self-starter
- Isn’t afraid to answer the phone & talk to strangers
- Sales-driven mentality with a relentless work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where making connections is key.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
