Job Description
• Support upcoming projects involving member communications for a major healthcare insurance provider
• Translate member letters and other critical documents that help individuals understand and manage their healthcare coverage
Job Requirements
- Native speaker of Punjabi
- Availability during PST timezone
- Proven experience in healthcare, health insurance or medical translation
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred)
- Experience with XTRF is a plus
- Availability to work during PST time
- Availability to work on same-day delivery projects
- ATA certification is a plus
