- At least 3+ years of experience working with health and welfare plans
- Strong analytic, writing and verbal skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience advising clients regarding health and welfare plans, compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, and other laws
- Experience reviewing third-party administrator and vendor agreements
- Advising regarding HIPAA privacy issues
- LL.M. in Employee Benefits is desirable
