• Own key product features from concept and discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration. • Design and build scalable systems (roughly 70% backend, 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows—such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition. • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape intuitive, performant experiences.
