• Develop and execute the Company’s product strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market trends. • Identify and pursue new product opportunities, with innovative solutions that meet customer needs. • Perform market research and analysis, margin analysis, as well as utilize feedback from sales partners to understand market dynamics and inform product decisions. • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, technology and compliance to ensure product and strategy alignment. • Oversee the development of new products from requirements and testing to implementation and training. • Ensure that existing products are maintained and updated in accordance with changes to programs and guidelines so as to stay competitive. • Other duties as assigned.
