• Act as a trusted advisor and key partner to clients • Provide strategic leadership in scalable accounting operations • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures • Prepare and manage client budgets, cash forecasts, and financial reports • Manage the month-end closing and issue financial reports • Ensure all information is properly entered into QuickBooks & ICAT • Identify variances from the budget • Execute client conference calls to review strategy • Assist in gathering tax related information for external tax return preparation • Coordinate the provision of information to external audits for the annual audit • Review and approve monthly and quarterly tax filings • Complete special projects as requested by client • Develop client budgets and cash forecasting tools • Monitor budget performance, providing insights and recommendations • Direct a team of virtual accounting professionals
