• Develop and maintain strong and lasting client and broker/consultant partnerships with assigned customers • Engage in strategic and proactive planning within the client’s overall line of business • Identify and execute opportunities to engage employee and member populations • Proactive issue resolution and consulting customers on best practices • Manage contractual requirements including renewal terms • Identify and target revenue growth opportunities with existing clients • Use creative feedback tools to develop an understanding of customer’s needs • Work with internal partners to improve products and services • Coordinate with the marketing team on client-specific engagement plans • Analyze, summarize, report and manage performance data related to clinic operations • Execute all necessary contractual requirements in a timely manner • Maintain broker relationships and advocate on behalf of mutual clients
