• Reviewing, drafting, revising, and interpreting a broad range of both inbound and outbound commercial agreements with merchants, partners, financial institutions, and vendors; • Proactively managing and leading negotiations of agreement terms and conditions; • Analyzing Trustly’s agreements and developing strategy to implement necessary updates; • Working with the go-to-market teams, strategic partners, and management to implement creative solutions to novel challenges; • Advise management and internal stakeholders regarding agreements, terms and conditions and other items; • Maintaining and updating Trustly’s standard form of agreements to streamline the contracting process, mitigate risk for Trustly, and align with Trustly’s policies and applicable law; • Maintaining and updating Trustly’s “playbook” to guide negotiations and approvals of commercial agreements; • Protecting Trustly’s interests by mitigating business and financial risk in commercial agreements; • Leading or being a key participant in projects to improve internal processes, support new product initiatives, and strengthen partnerships with financial institutions to build for scale; • Eager to jump in whenever help is needed and build cross-functional relationships; • Assist with due diligence requests for our merchants, partnerships, and financial institutions as needed.
